Keep seeing brewers yeast recommended. What does it actually do?

Is it worth the expense or just another thing to sell to pigeon keepers?

Brewers yeast is high in B-vitamins and protein. Legitimate nutritional value.

Benefits:

  • Supports feather growth
  • Good during moult and breeding
  • Natural, not synthetic

Not magic, but a solid supplement. I use it during moult and breeding, not year-round.
