My Benzing ETS system is giving me headaches. Sometimes it reads the chip, sometimes it doesn’t. Had birds home that didn’t register.
Anyone know common fixes? Already cleaned the antenna.
Check the antenna cable connection first. Loose connections cause intermittent readings.
Also - chip position on the bird matters. Should be high on the leg, above the ankle joint. Too low and it misses the read zone.
