Just wanted to share some good news and say thanks to this community.
Finished the 2025 season with:
- 3 x 1st place finishes
- 7 x top 10 finishes
- Club champion (finally!)
- Federation 3rd overall
This after years of being middle-of-the-pack. What changed? Honestly, advice I got here.
Two years ago someone told me my ventilation was terrible. Fixed it, birds stopped getting sick.
Last year someone convinced me to switch to widowhood. Took a season to figure it out but the results speak for themselves.
This forum has made me a better fancier. So thanks everyone who takes time to share their knowledge.

I’ve seen your name in the Irish results this year - you’ve been flying great. Club champion is a big achievement.

Brilliant result! Cork federation is competitive too so 3rd overall is fantastic.
Goes to show that small changes can make a big difference. Ventilation and racing system are fundamentals but so many people overlook them.
